Clinical Supervision
Clinical Supervision
I am working towards my Diploma in Supervision at Connexus in Hove. Towards achieving this qualification, I am offering supervision at a reduced price until the end of 2024.
I have a particular interest in supporting therapists in the practical, developmental and psychological aspects of transitioning from trainee to private practitioner. I view the supervisory relationship as a safe, collaborative space where you can:
- reflect on your interventions and the theoretical basis for your work
- explore unconscious processes between you and your clients
- discuss your professional development and training
- explore ethical issues
- take note of how you are caring for yourself
My principal models for supervision are Hawkins and Shohet’s Seven-Eyed Model, Mazetti’s Operational Model and Inskipp and Proctor’s Normative Formative Restorative Model.
