I offer effective, compassionate counselling and clinical supervision in Brighton and Hove. My specialisms include anxiety, depression, bereavement and relationships. I am a Registered and Accredited member of BACP, which means I've been assessed by BACP and meet their additional criteria for a high level of safety, knowledge and experience.

About me

I am a Humanistic therapist, which means I believe in your innate ability to think for yourself, to grow, develop and heal. I'm warm, authentic and sensitive, and I'll support you as you explore and bring about the changes you want to make.

Individuals

I offer a welcoming, collaborative space to explore what’s happening for you — how you feel, think, behave and relate to others. Together we’ll work towards understanding yourself more fully and making the changes you want to see in your life.

Couples

My focus is on how you are together and how you can strengthen your relationship. I’ll support you in having difficult conversations, noticing patterns, and finding new ways to reconnect.

Supervision

I offer a collegiate and reflective space to support your development as a therapist. Together we can explore theory, ethics, process and the realities of building a sustainable, grounded practice.
